We are currently looking for an intermediate Architect to help tackle our expanding portfolio of projects. Responsibilities will include project design, documentation and management (consultant coordination, preparation and submission of applications). 

We want to hear from you if you are an Architect who has the following:

• Posses a MArch or equivalent degree in Architecture

• Has at least 3-6 years of experience across a range of project types and all project phases

• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Revit, Escape

• Is experienced with BIM projects

• Has experience producing architectural construction documents

• Has strong design and modelling skills

• Possess knowledge of construction drawing standards, building codes, and accessibility requirements

• Has the ability to develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to projects

• Has the ability to develop design options in collaboration with design teams and to take initiative in response to direction

• Has strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage one’s own time

• Is a motivated, collaborative and organized individual with an appetite to grow in their role

• Involvement on under construction/completed projects through CD stage in past working experiences, please be specific with your role on those projects in your portfolio.

As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist, you’ll be responsible for producing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting the design team throughout all project phases. You’ll work closely with architects and project managers to deliver high-quality, code-compliant, and buildable solutions.

We want to hear from you if you are an Architectural Technologist who has the following:

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology from an accredited institution.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in an architectural or design firm.

• Proficiency in Revit is a must; knowledge of Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Experience contributing to design development and working closely with architects to maintain design integrity through documentation.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment, while managing time and priorities effectively.

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing.

• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and an interest in innovation are considered strong assets.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Is a motivated, collaborative and organized individual with an appetite to grow in their role.
